The Rossi family, who emigrated from Campania, brings generations of culinary tradition to every dish they serve.
The menu features handmade pasta prepared fresh daily, with classic sauces like carbonara, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe executed with precision and care. The wood-fired pizza oven produces perfectly charred Neapolitan-style pizzas with light, airy crusts and top-quality San Marzano tomatoes.
